Quad Bike and Apache Rally Experience

Enjoy the the Apache Rally Driving Experience & Quad Bike Day, take the Quad Bikes out into the surrounding 200 acres of orchards, woods and fields, drive the 750cc Apache off-road Racer.

What a two hours! First you will get to drive the Apache Off Road Racer. These truly awesome machines are extremely light weight 'buggies' with 750cc motor cycle engines and a six speed gear box, this little recipe creates a vehicle that has a power to weight ratio to match most Ferraris! You drive them on a grass track with normal road going tyres which creates huge amounts of sideways fun. The Apaches are two seaters and you will have an instructor by your side to make sure you get maximum enjoyment and performance from them and to control the gears. Next up is an hour on the Quad Bikes, you will encounter mud, jumps and climbs as you get the chance to explore over 200 acres of orchards, woods and fields. A great experience, highly recommended.

West Malling Retford

Enjoy a tea or coffee whilst you receive a safety briefing from your instructor. Then you are ready to experience the Apache off-road Rally Car. You will have an instructor on board whilst you drive, to ensure you experience the extreme edge of motorised thrills. Your Quad biking experience will start with a brief theory, demonstration and insight into the capabilities of the quad bikes. Guests then undertake a highly enjoyable period of ability and safety assessment before experiencing this exciting and novel way of encountering the great outdoors!

Minimum Age:
Nottinghamshire: 16 years
Kent:11 years (11-15 year old's must be accompanied by a participating parent or guardian).
Maximum Weight: 20 stone
If you are particularly tall or short, or feel that your physique may impair your enjoyment of this activity in any way, please check with the centre when booking.

Please allow 2 hours for this experience and arrive at least 15 minutes before your start time.
The quad biking session will last for an hour.

The Apache Rally is held on a maximum of a 5:1 participant to instructor ratio and will last for just over and hour.

Kent: Apache racing is shared with up to three other people.

You will be sharing this activity with up to three other people.
Nottinghamshire:Unfortunately due to the nature of the activity, we do not advise spectators attend.
Kent: Spectators are welcome. However viewing may be limited for certain activities. There is a pleasant indoor meeting space where refreshments are available.

Nottinghamshire:This experience is available on selected weekends throughout the year.
Kent: This experience is available on selected Saturdays throughout the year. However please speak to the centre directly upon booking to discuss alternative days.

The centre will provide all safety equipment needed, but please wear comfortable casual clothing and footwear that you don’t mind getting dirty. In wet weather a change of clothes is advisable. Waterproofs are provided.

In adverse weather conditions the centre reserves the right to substitute the Apache Rally Car with an alternative motorised activity.
