In order to take this course you must already be qualified to Elementary Pilot Certificate (EPC) level and by the end of it you will have the confidence and skills to soar with the birds!  Paragliding is about as close as you can possibly get to the ultimate dream of free flight! The Club Pilots Certificate (CPC) is the qualification recognised by the BHPA that upon successful completion allows you to fly without the guidance of an instructor!

Building on the skills learned during your EPC course you will perfect more defined turns and more elaborate flight plans which will enable you to soar for the first time. You will then explore the flying characteristics and stability of your wing more fully. The final part of the course is usually the top landing tasks - yes you will land on top of the hill, no more walking up!
