This is the only way to see the Thames. This five star excursion provides a unique and exciting tour of the capital city, covering popular London landmarks including the Houses of Parliament, Tower Bridge, The Globe Theatre, and many others. This experience is more exhilarating, fast and fun than other traditional river cruises with friendly crew who have a wealth of experience and knowledge.
The boat will depart from Waterloo Millenium Pier, you will meet and be introduced to the crew for your trip. They will show you your seat and provide you with a lifejackect for the duration of the trip. These boats can reach speeds of up to 45mph, and a guide will be on hand to talk you through the sights and associated histroy as you pass by. This is a fantastic experience allowing you to take in the famous sights of London from a different perspective. You will travel as far as the Thames Barrier.

Duration
The experience lasts for approximately 80 minutes.
What to Wear / Equipment
You will need to dress warmly for this experience, as it can get cold on the river, even in the summer months. A lifejacket will be provided.

Group Size / Spectators
There will be a maximum of 12 passengers on the boat. Spectators will be able to wave you off from the shore and can be there to meet you on your return.
Weather
This experience can be affected by extreme weather, if in any doubt please conatct the centre before haeding off.
Availability
This experience is run from April through October. There may be a more limited schedule run in the winter months, please contact us for further details.
Restrictions
This experience is suitable for anyone aged over 13. The Waterloo Millennium Pier is directly underneath and part of the London Eye. If you are looking at the London Eye to your right there is a ramp leading down to the pier. Above the ramp there is a sign saying ‘Discover London by the River’. Follow the pier down to Boarding Gate 1.
You must arrive 15 minutes prior to departure.
