There's at least one championship course at each destination and the courses have played host to some of Europe's top tournaments including The Solheim Club, The European Challenge Tour and The Compass Group English Open.

This gift is perfect for a beginner who's just getting into the wonderful game of golf. It entitles the bearer to two 30 minute golf lessons from the renowned Marriott "Learn to Play Golf" programme, a light lunch, free equipment hire, range tokens to practise on the driving range and a free gift at the end of the day. Marriott golf professionals ensure that skills are taught in the correct order making sure that their students get the most from their lessons.

Upon arrival at the Marriott Hotel & Country Club of your choice you will make yourself known at reception before being introduced to your PGA Professional. You will then be provided with your clubs for the day before heading to the range for a thirty minute lesson during which you will be taught the basic fundamentals of the game, at the end of this first lesson you can stay on the range and practice what you have been learning. You will then go back to the club house and enjoy a light lunch from the menu. After lunch you will go back the range for the second of your thirty minute lessons where you will build on what was covered in the morning and also start to look at the short game. You are free to stay on the range and practice for as long as you want. Don't forget to take advantage of 20% discounts in the pro shop at the end of the day.

Minimum Age: 15
This is an introductory lesson, no experience of golf is required.

The day will last four - six hours in total.

Guests are welcome and can use the bar and restaurant facilities whilst waiting.

Please dress comfortably, do not wear jeans and please do wear a shirt / top with a collar. All equipment is provided but feel free to take your own clubs if you have them.

The day will be re-arranged if it is necessary to cancel due to bad weather; Marriott will call you the evening before if the day is canceled.
