Indoor Skydiving
Indoor Skydiving was first conceived by the American Military in the
early 60’s as a way of training recruits to their parachute regiments,
then in the 80’s facilities started appearing in the States where
the general public could have a go. The concept behind Indoor Skydiving
is fairly simple; a wind tunnel is positioned vertically and huge air
pressure is pushed in to the chamber allowing the skydiver to simulate
a freefall environment where you will be ‘flying’ at speeds
equivalent to 100mph+.
