The Vale Spa is superbly equipped with 19 treatment rooms including three doubles suites, a lavish changing facility and extensive relaxation room. The range of therapies and treatments incorporate a holistic approach to the art of beauty, pampering and well-being in a relaxing scented paradise. The ultimate sanctuary where the stresses of everyday life simply float away.

Our spa day offers the chance to enjoy a 1 hour facial or massage, 30 minutes Hydrobath session, light lunch in the spa as well as full use of the unrivalled leisure facilities including the 20m pool, sauna, steam room and whirlpool bath. Towels and robes are provided during your visit.

For Him

The Vale boasts two championship standard golf courses, the highly acclaimed 7,433 yard Wales National and the aptly named Lake. Both make for a great golf experience that can be enjoyed as part of this package.

Other Golf facilities here include a teaching academy, 16-bay floodlight driving range, putting greens, a well stocked pro-shop plus a fleet of buggies, which are available for use at an additional charge.

Pontyclun

If you book this package for two couples (2 x his and hers at the Vale Resort), the ladies can enjoy their treatments in the “doubles” suite and the gentlemen can enjoy their round of golf together.

Minimum age is 18. 24 hours notice of cancellation is required, otherwise a 100% fee will be charged. Please arrive at least 20 minutes and up to 1 hour prior to your treatment time. All spa treatments of 1 hour or more include collection and return to relaxation lounge. You must provide a Handicap certificate for golf.

Spa day 9.30am – 6.00pm. She will have 1½ hours worth of treatment time and will be allocated times on arrival. Golf averages about 4-5 hours.

Spa day 9.30am – 6.00pm facilities are available for use during this time and vacated by 6.00pm. Golf tee-times must be booked in advance.

Bring swim wear for the pool and suitable golf wear. Golf shoes and golf clubs can be provided at an additional charge.
