Harness Sphereing is the craze that has taken the UK by storm, allowing you and a mate to be strapped inside a 12 foot inflatable Zorb, before rolling down a steep hill! This crazy concept was introduced to us by those extreme dudes down under, and is fast gaining a reputation as one of the 'must do' extreme experiences; it is absolutely hilarious and will definitely get the adrenaline pumping! Riding the Sphere down a hill at speeds of up to 30mph is fast-paced, exhilarating, and terrifying!

On arrival at the site you will make yourself known at the main desk; you and your friend will then be strapped into the zorb for your ride. The Sphere consists of two chambers. The outer chamber, which is the shell of the Sphere, is 12ft (3.6m) tall, and the inner chamber is 6ft (1.8m) tall, meaning there is a 3ft (0.9m) cushion of air. You will be rolled down the hill where you will reach speeds of up to 30mph, expect to feel dizzy at the bottom!

Height Restrictions: Minimum 3ft 10in Maximum: 7ft 2ins
Weight Restrictions: Maximum 16stone (Women) 18stone (Men) (60" girth)
Age Restrictions: Minimum age is 7 for all locations except Scotland – where its 16 (Parental consent is required in all locations if under 18)

It is strongly recommended that you do not eat too much or consume any alcohol before riding in the Sphere. Please Note: Aqua-Sphereing is not suitable if you are pregnant, suffering from high blood pressure, any heart condition or epilepsy, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, have any back or neck problems or have had an operation within the past twelve months, currently undergoing any medical treatment or have any other condition that may be affected by participating in such an activity.

Expect to be at the site for around an hour, although in the busier summer months it may take longer to get your roll.

You are welcome to bring along friends and relatives to watch. There are strict health & safety regulations in place that must be followed by all whilst on site.

Sphereing is available from April to the end of October, and operates on most weekends & on selected weekdays.


Please be aware, different locations have different closing dates and may finish the season as early as mid September.

we recommend comfortable clothes for your spehereing experience, including; comfortable shirts / trousers, crew / polo neck shirt to protect your neck as you will be wearing a harness inside the zorb. You will be barefoot during the roll. All jewelery / piercings must be removed prior to the roll.

Your Sphereing experience may well be affected by the weather. Please call the centre on the day to make sure it is going ahead.
