Goodwood Mini Adventure

Enjoy this incredible mini experience! Start by driving a Mini Cooper S, before jumping behind the wheel of a purpose-built go-kart and ending with an exciting skid pan course.

The iconic Mini Copper S is synonymous with both style and speed, and now you can experience the thrill of driving this small but perfectly capable machine out on the Goodwood circuit. You will be sat next to a professional instructor who will offer tips and advice to make sure you get the most out of these great little cars during your 4 laps before swapping seats and taking you for a high speed passenger ride. Next up you can let loose on the specially designed karting track in high powered karts racing just inches off the tarmac. To round your experience off, you will have some time on the oil and water skid pan to have a go at car control on ice like conditions.

Chichester

Once you have arrived and been welcome to the centre you will receive a shot safety briefing covering all aspects of the petrol fuelled activities ahead. To get a feel for the Mini, you will first be taken for a lap driven by your instructor before swapping seats and beginning your four high speed laps of the famous Goodwood circuit. Once you have completed your exhilarating laps, your instructor will once again get behind the wheel and take you for the ride of your life as they push the Mini to the absolute limit of its capabilities. Next up, you will take part in a karting session on a purpose built track racing just inches from the floor in powerful go-karts. Finally, you will be able to try your hand at driving out on the skid pan, sliding the back and out and learning how to drive in ice like conditions. Your experience will come to an end with the presentation of your personalised certificate.

Minimum Age: 17
All participants must hold a full driving licence.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your experience is due to start. Please allow approximately half a day for this experience.

There is no limit on the amount of spectators and they are more than welcome to help themselves to tea and coffee with the drivers. Viewing is available from on top of the pits area and in the areas designated by the staff managing the activity.

This experience is available on selected weekdays between April to October.

Please wear soft soled shoes and comfortable clothing.

This experience will be only be effect by extreme conditions. This experience is affected by heavy rain and extreme weather conditions such as snow. Should this happen the experience may be postponed and the centre will rebook you a convenient date.
