Rap Running will definitely get the adrenaline pumping, for those that don't know it is basically abseiling down a rock face FORWARDS!. This is a great half day course where you will receive instruction from professionals and will have plenty of time to build your confidence on the 150ft high site which has a natural overhang! You will start off abseiling conventionally down the face and as your confidence builds so will your speed before at the end of the session you are ready to try Rap Running. A great day, highly recommended. 

Your day will start at the centre where you will meet your instructors. You will then travel to the location and after a safety briefing you will be issued with your equipment such as helmet and harness. The instructors will show you how to abseil and you will then do it yourself, you will get quite a few goes during which time you will build up your confidence before on the final descent you will use the rap running technique. The session will finish with returning to the centre.
