You will have a complimentary robe, towel and slippers for use throughout your day. Your Aqua Massage is a deeply relaxing water bed massage. As you lie on the warm water bed listening to soothing music, the aqua jets move up the back of the body delivering a superb body massage which enhances your following massages.

You can choose between a Dry Flotation (this enable a state of deep relaxation and healing to take place) or an Exotic Bathing Ceremony (the dream bath combines sound, colour & magnetic therapies to relax the body, mind & soul. Floating rose petals complete the indulgent experience).

Restrictions

Minimum age is 16. Please note that until January 2009 a children's swim will take place between 2pm-5pm on Saturday's and Sunday's; this will not affect usage of the rest of the spa.

What to Wear / Equipment

Bring swim wear. You can bring training clothes for free use of the gym if you're feeling energetic.
