Scuba Diving is a truly adventurous sport, combining the word's untouched wildlife with the enthralling feeling of weightlessness in an alien world...but everyone has to start somewhere, and this great introductory session will equip you with all of the skills and techniques needed to progress through the PADI ranks. Based in a pool with an expert instructor, you will learn everything from hand signals to maintaining your equipment underwater - whilst having a great time!

Nottingham

Once you have arrived and been welcomed into the Nottingham Scuba Diving centre, you will begin with a meet and greet session - with an introduction covering the equipment, skills and what you can expect to learn. Then, once briefed you'll be ready to sport the Scuba gear and hit the pool for an insightful introduction to the world of Scuba Diving, covering the basic aspects and skills required to progress on through the PADI ranks. Once qualified, you can hit the seas wherever and whenever you like! This introduction session will count towards your PADI certification.

Minimum Age: 10

You should be able to swim 50m comfortably and have a reasonable level of fitness.

Scuba Diving Lessons for 2 - Nottingham will last for around 2 hours.

You may be sharing the Scuba Diving session with around 7 other participants.

Spectators are welcome to watch from the side of the pool.

Scuba Diving Lessons in Nottingham are available around 3-4 times per month, on weekdays and weekends.

All of the Scuba equipment is provided, all you need to bring is a towel and your swim suit.

As Scuba Diving Lessons are held in a swimming pool, they are not weather dependent.
