Everyone can relate to this feeling so why not treat someone special to day of luxury, care and complete relaxation to share with a friend (hopefully you!)....! In a sumptuous spa with warm welcoming ambience and calming music, this is the only place to experience true indulgence. This is an experience that does exactly what is says on the tin - unwind and de-stress. A wonderful gift!

Included in your day, you will both receive; Let all thoughts drift as you indulge in a session in the Infrared Sauna, which cleans your body of toxins and is very beneficial towards healing medical conditions - including stress. Complete with aromatherapy, music and colour therapy, you can’t fail to unwind. Hop into the shower and steam to refresh after the session. Then experience a full body Hot Stone Massage - volcanic basalt stones are heated and placed on key points of the body to unblock stagnant energy, giving a sense of deep relaxation and wellbeing. Enjoy an authentic Tibetan Head massage that is guaranteed to transport even the most stressed and time-sensitive, pre-occupied guests into a deep inner peace that is rewarding, restorative, and fulfilling. In short....a must have!

Minimum age is 18. You must make the therapist aware upon booking of any short or long term medical issues. Please note this treatment is not suitable if you are pregnant.
You will experience the Infrared Sauna together but will be in separate rooms for the treatments.

This experience lasts 3 hours 15 minutes.

For two. You will both share the infrared experience but have separate treatments rooms.

Bring a swim suit to wear in the sauna. You will both be provided with a robe and slippers.
