Included in your day is; Let all thoughts drift as you indulge in a session in the Infrared Sauna, which cleans your body of toxins and is very beneficial towards healing medical conditions - including stress. Complete with aromatherapy, music and colour therapy, you can’t fail to unwind. Hop into the shower and steam to refresh after the session. Then experience a full body Hot Stone Massage - volcanic basalt stones are heated and placed on key points of the body to unblock stagnant energy, giving a sense of deep relaxation and wellbeing. Just to bring you to an even deeper enjoyment, enjoy a luxurious authentic Tibetan Head massage that is guaranteed to transport even the most stressed and time-sensitive, pre-occupied guest into a deep inner peace that is rewarding, restorative and fulfilling.
