Learn skills that can be used on your whole family to relax, ease stress, aid sleep & gain trust. Each workshop teaches head, neck, shoulders, feet & hand massage, for which you are clothed. The last session shows you how to give a relaxing back massage with oil; in private rooms so modesty is respected at all times.
