Coasteering

Coasteering is a crazy combination of Rock Climbing, Scrambling, Swimming and Cliff Jumping. You will get wet! You will traverse cliffs, jumping into the water and climbing higher up the cliff as the landscape dictates. You will work out with your instructor as you go along the best route to take. It is essentially a day spent overcoming a huge natural; obstacle course.
