This is a dual experienece - a perfect getaway and complete spa indulgence in sumptuous spa facilities. Champneys Springs will enable you to calm, relax and escape from the world. Surrounded by peace and tranquility, you will experience the very best in pampering to help you soothe away the stresses of modern day living, in complete comfort with the finest spa treatments around. Arrive at 9.00am. You will be welcomed and given an introduction accompanied by a refreshing juice drink. You day includes; A Champneys Massage, A Champneys Relaxing Facial, A Thalassotherapy pool session, a hot and cold delicious lunch, unlimited use of all facilities, a choice of 20 different health and well-being classes per day that you can join as part of you package and complimentary robe hire so you can lounge around all day. What to Wear / Equipment
You will need to bring your swimsuit for the spa areas, trainers and training wear for the Gymnasium and outdoor trainers for any outdoor activities (hikes, walks, classes). Just remember you need to feel comfortable throughout. It is recommended that you also bring flip-flops or slippers to wear around the spa.

Availability
This experience is available all year round. You must book at least two week in advance.
Restrictions
The minimum age is 16 and any guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
You must make the resort aware of any dietary requirements or allergies before the date and some treatments are not suitable for various reasons. Please also make the Spa aware of any health problems, temporary or ongoing as this may affect your treatment selection. This package is only avilable on weekdays.
