The Champneys Relax Day does exactly what is says on the tin! Enjoy a day devoted to relaxing, which can be tailor made to your individual requirements by booking additional treatments. The core parts to this day are there to make sure you can flee from the real world and appreciate the luxurious surroundings and extras that are provided by the best retreats around. The three exquisite countryside resorts will enable you to calm, relax and escape from the world.
Arrive at 9.00am. You will be welcomed and given an introduction that will provide you with information on the treatments available and which ones will be best suited to you. This will be accompanied by a refreshing juice drink. As part of your day, you will be given complimentary robe hire and a hot and cold delicious lunch, unlimited use of all the facilities and a choice of 20 different health and well-being classes that are offered on the day you visit. Enjoy!
Activities that you can enjoy in the Champneys Resorts include;
Henlow - Water netball, aqua woggle, dance classes, tennis courts. Henlow also offers cycling and power walks through the picturesque Bedfordshire grounds, Pilates, yoga and Tai Chi.
Forest Mere - Outdoor action activities, heated outside pool, tennis court, many varied and interesting walks
Springs - Thalassotherapy pool (one of only two in the country), full-size football pitch, two par three golf holes, badminton or table tennis, peaceful walks, cycling, tennis, outdoor chess and croquet

What to Wear / Equipment
You will need to bring your swimsuit for the spa areas, trainers and training wear for the Gymnasium and outdoor trainers for any outdoor activities (hikes, walks, classes). Just remember you need to feel comfortable throughout. It is recommended that you also bring flip-flops or slippers to wear around the spa.

Availability
This experience is available all year round. You must book at least two weeks in advance.
Restrictions
The minimum age is 16 and any guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
You must make the resort aware of any dietary requirements or allergies before the date and some treatments are not suitable for various reasons. Please also make the Spa aware of any health problems, temporary or ongoing as this may affect your treatment selection.
