Arrive at 9.00am. You are welcomed and given an introduction accompanied by a refreshing juice drink. Included in your day are; A Luxury Champneys Facial (55 mins), A Luxury Manicure or Pedicure (55 mins), Body Radiance - full body exfoliation and back massage (55 mins), Thalassotherapy Pool Session, A hot and cold delicious lunch, Unlimited use of all facilities, A fabulous choice of 20 different health and well-being classes throughout the day and a gift of gold embossed luxury robe and slippers.... Activities that you can enjoy in the Champneys Resorts include;
Henlow - Water netball, aqua woggle, dance classes, tennis courts. Henlow also offers cycling and power walks through the picturesque Bedfordshire grounds, Pilates, yoga and Tai Chi.
Forest Mere - Outdoor action activities, heated outside pool, tennis court, many varied and interesting walks

Any guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

This experience is available all year round. You must book at least two week in advance.
You will need to bring your swimsuit for the spa areas, trainers and training wear for the Gymnasium and outdoor trainers for any outdoor activities (hikes, walks, classes). Just remember you need to feel comfortable throughout.
