This fantastic experience is aimed at people who consider themselves competent paddlers. (BCU 2 Star) The course is based in West Wales with transport provided from the New Forest base, or alternatively directions are provided to the venue. The aim is to whet the appetite and excite whilst highlighting the true awesome power of the water during day one, before developing & refining skills on day two.

Day One will get underway by practicing safety techniques before setting off on a safe but challenging journey through some sticky situations. Day two will focus more on the in-depth coaching and the essential skills required to become a decent kayaker.  The water activity and conditions will of course dictate the actual  structure of the days.
