You will gain access to the extensive facilities ranging from cardio and strength training programmes including Pilates, Boxercise and Tai Chi depending on availability. You can also discover the pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room to rest the mind, body and soul and escape the stress of the outside world.

This experience entitles you to a half an hour luxurious Elemis facial followed by 30 minutes of bliss as your knots are worked away with a relaxing Swedish back, neck and shoulder massage. To top off this supreme package your neglected hands and feet will get an overall treatment and after being soughed, buffed and brought back to life, they will be coated with a chip resistant polish for that spectacular look. With this experience you will gain access to the clubs facilities including extensive air conditioned gym, classes including Tai Chi, Pilates, Boxercise, aerobics etc. (which are subject to availability), Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna and steam room.
