This is your chance to create mouth watering culinary delights, under the expert guidance of celebrity chefs. All of the courses are a full day and are completely Hands-On, everyone gets stuck in, but without the washing up at the end! Phew!!

All courses are Hands-On and designed to be inspirational, great fun, satisfying, relaxing and informative. You will leave more confident, having been shown new techniques and tips for making impressive entertaining easy. Included in the course depending on which one you have chosen, are ingredients, full tuition, cook's tips and techniques, drinks on arrival, course folder with recipes and notes and of course will include food throughout the day! You will have to sample what you are cooking after all!

The Baking and Pastry course is a day specialising in tarts, pies and pastries. Emma Cowhurst, Celebrity Chef (with three series of Food & Drink with Anthony Worral-Thompson under her belt and five years as Pru Leith's Head Teacher) will take you through a fun packed day and really boost your confidence.

Emma will look after you and she won't mind if you make mistakes, she is very patient. Her cook's tips are many and various, her techniques all achievable and she will get you producing some really decent stuff, including:
