Answer - I have lost my Ex Pass™ (voucher), can I get a replacement?
Yes,

If your voucher is lost or stolen, let us know as soon as possible and we will send you a new voucher via email for free. If you would like a new Ex Pass™ (voucher) sent out in the post there will be a £5 administration fee, and a delivery fee (depending on method).
