How do I find the Course or Experience I am after?

You can see a list of all the sports we offer courses in on the left hand side of the page and all the experiences we offer on the right of the page. You can also search by keyword, price, location, post code or sport. Alternatively give one of our Extreme Team a call on 0844 8844 995 and they will be able to give you friendly specialist advice.

What is the difference between an Ex Pass™ and an Ex Pack™?

The Ex Pass is your voucher for your experience or course. These can be either for a specific course / experience or can be credited with any amount allowing the recipient to redeem it against any of the courses / experiences available. An Ex Pass with monetary value can be redeemed as part or whole payment and any left over credit can be put towards another Extreme course / experience. This will be stored on your 'My Ex Element' account.

There are two ways to send your Ex Pass:

By Post:
The Ex Pass will be sent to you in a stylish Experience Days wallet with a really cool Extreme lanyard.

By Email :
The Ex Pass can also be sent by email, if you choose this option you will receive an electronic voucher with a validation code which must be redeemed online.

The Ex Pack is a gift pack which contains your Ex Pass (see below).

What will I receive if I order an Ex Pack™?

The Ex Pack makes a great Christmas, birthday or in fact any day gift! Not only will you receive your Ex Pass (voucher) and Lanyard it will be presented in a stylish Gift Box, you will also get one of our ranges of fantastic gifts included. Choose from our Bronze (+£10), Silver (+15) or Gold (+£25) options, and pick your gift. It couldn’t be easier! The current gift options will be displayed once you have chosen the Ex Pass you want.

I want to give the Ex Pass as a present - can it be personalized?

Yes. The Ex Pass™ has space for a personal message. You can write any message you like up to 100 characters and it will be printed on the pass.

Can I see a copy of the Ex Pass before I order it?

All our vouchers are personalized and only printed once we receive your order. To view an example of an Ex Pass please click here. Your personalized message will appear exactly as typed when you purchase the Ex Pass.

Why do prices for some activities vary in different locations?

We have a wide variety of partner centres across the UK & Abroad. The experiences may vary slightly between centres. Variations in price reflect this.

Do I have to choose my course or experience date when I buy my Ex Pass™?

The Ex Pass is valid for 10 months from the date of dispatch. You do not have to select the date the recipient is going to actually take the course or experience at the time of purchase. The recipient is free to choose the most suitable date (subject to availability). If you would like to book the date when placing your order please call us on 0844 8844 995 to check availability and book.

How will my Ex Pass™ or Ex Pack™ be delivered?

The Ex Pass can be sent by email or in the post. The Ex Pack can only be sent in the post. Please see our Delivery Options for full details & prices.

Can I specify when my Ex Pass™ or Ex Pack™ is delivered?

Yes, you are able to select a 'Dispatch Date' when you buy the voucher. We do have a next day delivery option so if you want something to arrive on an exact date please select the dispatch date as the day before and select our next day delivery option.

I have an Ex Pass™, how do I book?

If you are the lucky owner of an Ex Pass™ then you will need to redeem your voucher with us and get yourself booked onto the course or experience of your dreams! You can do this online or you can phone one of our ever helpful Extreme Team who will be more than happy to help.

How can I exchange my gift / get a refund?

Vouchers can be exchanged free of charge subject to written confirmation by letter within 28 days of purchase. Exchanges after 28 days will incur a £20 administration charge. Vouchers can only be exchanged for alternative course / experience vouchers. As all tangible goods are supplied by third party suppliers it is not possible for us to exchange vouchers for any tangible products, such as T-Shirts, Caps, Waterproof bags etc. If the substituted course or experience costs more than the original voucher you must pay the difference, including the administration charge.

If the exchanged voucher is lower in price we will hold the price difference on your 'My Ex Element' account, less the administration charge, until your next purchase or for a period of ten months, after which time these funds will no longer be available to spend. Exchanged vouchers then become non returnable, non refundable and non exchangeable.

To exchange your voucher you must send it recorded delivery with a cover letter detailing the reason for exchange and any additional payment (if applicable) to: Experience Days, Customer Services, Kensington Studios, Kensington Street, Brighton, BN1 4AJ. We cannot dispatch exchanged vouchers until the original voucher and full payment (if applicable) has been received by Experience Days.

I have lost my Ex Pass™, can I get a replacement?

Yes if your voucher is lost or stolen, let us know as soon as possible and we will send you a new voucher via Email. If you would like a new Pass sent out in the post there will be a £20 admin charge for this service.

Can I extend the validity of my Ex Pass™?

All Ex Passes are valid for 10 months from date of dispatch. If you do not use your Ex Pass in this time then you can extend it for a further 10 months. You must extend your pass before the expiry date. There is a £20 administration charge for this service, and if the activity has increased in price you will also need to pay the difference in price.

How can I Pay?

1. Debit or credit card. We accept all major debit and credit cards (except Diners and Visa Electron). At present to pay with a debit card is free but we do charge a 2.5% fee on credit card payments.

2. Cheque or postal order. Make your cheque or postal order payable to “Element Internet Ltd" and post to Element Internet Ltd, Kensington Studios, Kensington Street, Brighton, BN1 4AJ with full payment and full contact details. Please allow 7 days for your cheque to clear. Before your Ex Pass will be released.

Am I fully insured when I participate in any of your courses or experiences?

The very nature of some of the services that we promote as an agent means that they are dangerous. Prior to ordering or participating in any service you should be aware of the risks involved. Experience Days can provide further information if you are in any doubt about any service. We require our partner centres to hold appropriate and valid public liability insurance before we will promote their services as an agent and we make no warranty or representation about their services whatsoever. Responsibility rests with you to make independent enquiries with the supplier and other third parties as to the need to acquire your own insurance cover.

Are there any restrictions that may prevent me from participating in the experience?

It is important to check the restrictions (e.g age, height, weight) for all the courses and experiences that we offer before purchasing. This information is clearly displayed on the website and you will be advised by our Extreme team if you book over the phone. These restrictions are specified by each center that operates the extreme sport and are for your own safety.
