Let this Christmas voyage enlighten your festive spirit. This fantastic train journey upon the Northern Belle is a grand fine dining experience. As the voyage drifts through the picturesque countryside sit back and let the liveried hosts serve you a delicious five course Christmas lunch. This memorable experience is the perfect way to start the festive season.

The Northern Belle will arrive at your chosen station, where you will be greeted by liveried hosts. Whilst travelling through the English Countryside, a superb 5 course Christmas lunch will be served, with all the trimmings. Your trip will draw to a close at return to your departing station.

Please advise us at the time of booking of any special dietary requirements you may have – e.g. vegetarian; allergies (and their severity); intolerances. We must also be made aware of any mobility restrictions. Tables for 2 can not be guaranteed without a supplementary charge.

This is approximately 4.5 hour circular trip.

Timings given at the time of booking are approximate and will be confirmed on your tickets which will arrive 7-10 days prior to departure. You should aim to arrive at check in no later than 20 minutes prior to departure. We regret that the train can not be held for late arrivals.

Please note: The price listed above is for one person only. Please buy the appropriate number of tickets for your group size.

This experience varies between lunch and dinner and is available throughout the festive season on selected Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, exact dates and locations will be disclosed upon booking.

The Northern Belle departs from various locations: Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Chester, Coventry, Darlington, Derby, Dundee, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Halifax, Huddersfield, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester Victoria, Newcastle, Newport, Nottingham, Perth, Sheffield, Shrewsbury and York.

For Lunch: Feel and look fabulous in your favourite smart-daywear.
For Dinner: Jacket and tie is appropriate for gentlemen.
Please do not wear jeans or trainers.
