Your Baking Masterclass will begin with a warm welcome to the bakery in South London, where the aromatic warmth of baking cakes will entice you inside the patisserie and put you in the mood for some serious cake creation. Once you've met the other foodies enjoying the session, the class will begin with a demonstration in creating a mouth-watering, red velvet sponge - divulging all the tips and tricks to making it as delightfully delicious as possible. Next, under the guidance of the your patisserie instructors, you will create your own sponge from scratch using the ingredients provided, before preparing for the decoration. Using some of the current most contemporary and innovative techniques, you'll be shown how to decorate the cake professionally using the most up to date techniques and sugary treats. At the end of the session, you can take home your masterpiece along with the knowledge of how to recreate for future dinner parties, birthdays and much more!

This baking class in London is open to everyone regardless of previous baking experience - all that is needed is the burning desire to bake!

The Baking Masterclass will last for most of the day, totalling around 6 hours.

Unfortunately due to the nature of baking experiences, spectators are not permitted. They can of course watch you eat the goodies afterwards though!

The Cake Baking Masterclass in London takes place on most Saturdays throughout the year.
Courses start at 10am and finish around 4pm.

All equipment and ingredients are provide by the centre, so you should dress in your usual kitchen attire.

As the cake baking experience takes place inside, it won't ever be affected by the weather.
