Spa Experience Days: For the ultimate treat to yourself, there are few experiences more relaxing, more indulgent, and more therapeutic than the weekday Aromatherapy Massage or Express Radiance Treatment in Reading. Perfect as a way to escape for a day, or as a special pamper gift to a loved one, spa days are experiences that can be enjoyed by everyone.
On arrival at the spa, you'll be greeted by friendly staff and provided with towels - then it's time for the relaxation to begin! Choose from either a 50 Full Body Aromatherapy Massage or a 50 minute Express Radiance Treatment as your indulgent spa treatment for the day, then sit back and feel the stress leave your body. The full body massage is designed to work out any tension in your muscles, whereas the radiance treatment uses ice cubes to rejuvenate and refresh your eyes, leaving you with a glowing complexion. Following your treatment, you're welcome to stay at the spa all day enjoying the sauna, swimming pool and Espirit Fitness centre, plus having access to the Monu Spa if you fancy more treatments!

The spa experience is available throughout the year, Monday - Thursday. All bookings are subject to availability and
require at least two weeks notice.
Please be aware this package cannot be booked over Christmas, New
Year, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.
