15 Minute Lake District Flight

Enjoy a guided tour of the Lake District as your soar overhead the famous landmarks! This fantastic helicopter flight will give you a real insight as to the amount of beauty held within this National Park. You are sure to come away with some outstanding memories, from the vertical lift off to the outstanding views!

Carnforth

Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the centre you will receive a safety briefing before stepping aboard the helicopter. Set off and fly over the famous landmarks including Bowness-on Windermere, Bell Isle, Storrs Hall and the harbor. Your tour will close with a vertical drop back to earth, where you are sure to want to explore this fantastic area further.

Minimum Age: 4 years (children under 9 must be accompanied by a paying adult)
Maximum Weight: 17stone 7 lbs

Your flight will last approximately 15 minutes, however please allow time for safety briefings.

This experience is great for both individuals and groups alike.
Spectators are welcome to join and take photographs from the ground.

Flights are normally scheduled once a month on a weekend, from March to November.

Please wear warm clothes and soft soled shoes.

This experience may be affected by the weather so we advise guests to contact the centre before setting off.
